Rappel des 4 critères à prendre en compte : 
- la distance entre le lieu de la faute et le but ;
- le sens du jeu ;
- la probabilité de conserver ou de récupérer le ballon ;
- le placement et le nombre de joueurs qui défendent ainsi que de joueurs qui attaquent. (nouvelle modif dans les lois du jeu, avant ce n'était que les défenseurs)

Ici on peut appliquer la nouvelle règle (point 4), avec son coéquipier très bien placé dans l'axe, mais avec un défenseur pas si loin derrière lui. Le % d'erreur devrait être de 0-10% en prenant seulement l'application du DOGSO.

En revanche, les mexicains réclamaient une faute au début de l'action. Pas de ralenti de ce contact diffusé, donc difficile de se prononcer sur cette possible faute, mais on imagine qu'il y a un léger contact au niveau de la jambe droite du mexicain, en ralentissant l'image. On augmente donc le % avec l'incertitude que cela implique.

Reminder of the 4 criteria to consider:
- the distance between the location of the foul and the goal;
- the direction of play;
- the likelihood of keeping or regaining possession of the ball;
- the position and number of defending and attacking players. (new change in the laws of the game, previously it was only defenders)

Here, the new rule (point 4) can be applied, with his teammate very well positioned in the center, but with a defender not far behind him. The margin of error should be 0-10% when only applying the DOGSO.

However, the Mexicans were claiming a foul at the start of the action. No replay of this contact was shown, so it's difficult to judge this possible foul, but it seems there was slight contact on the Mexican's right leg when slowing down the footage. Therefore, the percentage increases with the uncertainty this brings.

But de la République Tchèque, suite à une touche longue, qui n'a pas été effectuée de façon règlementaire ?

Ce que dit le règlement (loi 15.1) : 
"l’exécutant doit :
\- se tenir debout face au terrain ; (OK)
\- avoir, au moins partiellement, les deux pieds sur la ligne de touche ou à l’extérieur du terrain ; (OK : il a un pied sur la ligne et un pied derrière la ligne)

C'est donc bien une touche règlementaire.

With the angles provided, it seems that the contact occurs outside the box, but it is impossible to be 100% sure that it does not end on top of the penalty area line. Furthermore, this could have been a second yellow for De Cuyper (the red card is accounted for in the calculations in the line below).

L’impact d’une exclusion est trop importante pour basculer sur ce type de faute. On n’est pas sur un tirage de maillot claire et volontaire qui a pour but de couper l’action. On est sur un duel où les deux se tiennent et l’attaquant est un peu enfermé, moitié dos au but, il ne partait pas tout droit le long de la ligne."

Mais selon l'arbitre et sa sensibilité, le 2eme jaune peut aussi se sortir.
